Our detectable tags have been specifically developed for the food and pharmaceutical industries, to assist with identification and traceability. We manufactured detectable Traceability Tags to client specifications including different shapes, colours & dimensions.

Metal Detectable Tags / Traceability Tags can be used to tag a product moving through your production floor. Tags allow staff to make notes on to it, such as dates and fridge temperatures or destinations within the production process. Metal Detectable Tags are colour coated to identify the departments or regions that the product is going to, the tag is metal detectable in order to trace that it passes through areas it should be going to. Metal detectors are also able to pick up tags passing through areas that they should not be going to, and stop it from passing through that area.

Metal Detectable Tags / Traceability Tags are customisable with our standard tag sizes of 30mm x 190mm (1000 or 5000 tags per roll).

Metal Detectable Tags are especially useful for Food, Vegetable and Meat Packers using a tagging system with high volumes for traceability.

LABEL CORP Metal Detectable Tags are used to replace ordinary labels on crates and pallets, with the added benefit of avoiding the cleaning process caused by the adhesive labels. You are able to easily remove tags by cutting the tag off after use, and your crates, transport pallets and products stay clean and label-free ready for use. We supplies a wide range of traceability labels, from standard and heat resistant detectable key hole Loop Tags to handy plastic Tie ID Tags and single use Security Tags. All of which are food safe.
